Wow, remember back when napster music hit the Internet scene? We all thought this concept was the bomb! Ever heard of shareware? Yeah, that's right; I'll show you mine if you show me yours. Heck, let's go ahead and trade. It's all free. No more paying for CDs, which tend to run 17 bucks a pop. Unfortunately this caused and uproar in the music industry. Musicians around the world were outraged at the underground concept. After all, they worked hard to make their music, and don't they deserve some cash if you're going to listen to it? Well, I have to agree with that. They did in-fact make the tunes we all enjoy, and that is translated into WORK. Therefore we shouldn't rip them off. After all, their agents are likely doing that already. Hence came the all new and improved form of napster music online. These days you can pay for a membership and download the songs you love.

I recall when this whole thing went to court. In reality, I thought napster music was rather choice; however after listening to the disgruntled musicians and bands, I evolved to a kinder point of view. Imagine if you were a musician; wouldn't you want to get paid for your hard work? It all comes down to respect. This is simply something that we all must show toward one another. That is why napster music took a new and improved turn. With the Internet at our fingertips, music is so attainable these days. I know that I love being able to download a song on a whim. I am one of those individuals that typically do not wish to purchase the entire album. No offense to the musician; I just don't always feel so strongly about all the tunes on the CD. This is why the Internet has started a new craze. With sites along the vein of napster music, we are all able to get what we want. Now try paying a buck a song. You can hardly beat that. You actually get to have your cake and eat it too.

Are you familiar with napster music? If you answered with a resounding "NO," then you may want to get jacked into cyberspace and check it out. With napster music and other sites like Itunes, you can find all of those songs you love, download them onto your laptop or CD, and not break the bank in the process. It's all about only getting what you want.
